Operation Good News exists to share the life-changing message of Jesus Christ with those who need hope, guidance, and restoration. Our ministry focuses on reaching people with God’s truth, equipping them to live in His Spirit, and inspiring a generation to carry His message forward. The following foundational statements outline the heart of our work, the mission that drives us, and the vision we pursue to see a restored generation.
PURPOSE
Ministering the Truth to restore a generation.
We confront the lies and brokenness of this world with Truth of God’s Word through boldly proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As hearts open and receive His message, lives are transformed, hope is restored, and individuals are empowered to live fully for the Lord. Our purpose is to raise a generation grounded in the Word, confident in their faith, and committed to carrying the life-changing message of Christ to others. (Luke 4:18)
MISSION
We minister the Truth of Jesus Christ to the world through Proclamation, Demonstration, and Discipleship.
By boldly sharing the Gospel, demonstrating God’s power through miracles and healings, and guiding believers to grow in their faith, we aim to see lives transformed, hearts renewed, and a generation fully committed to Jesus Christ. (Matthew 28:19-20)
VISION
A restored generation carrying the Truth of Jesus Christ.
We see a restored generation, walking in power, carrying the power of the Spirit, proclaiming and demonstrating the Truth of Jesus Christ. (Deuteronomy 6:6-7)

Hi, I’m Michael Spotts — founder of Operation Good News, an evangelistic ministry with a heart to preach, teach, and reach this generation with the life-changing Gospel of Jesus Christ.
I am currently training at Revival Today Bible Institute (RTBI), where I am being equipped to be an excellent minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ—trained to preach the Word with boldness and demonstrate the power of God to this generation. The Lord has called me to pastor and when I graduate in Spring of 2026, I will be well-prepared to step into that role. My mission is to lead people out of darkness and into the transformative light of God’s Word.
Before stepping into full-time ministry, I served 11 years in the United States Air Force, gaining valuable leadership and life experience that the Lord now uses to strengthen my calling. In 2022, by the leading of the Lord, I launched Threads That Testify — a bold Christian apparel brand designed to open doors for Gospel conversations. Each piece of clothing carries a message of faith meant to spark dialogue, glorify God, and empower believers to share their testimony wherever they go.
The devil had a very different plan for my life—that I would be dead, defeated, and out of the fight.Through the power of God, I’ve overcome every obstacle set in my way and am setting other captives free! Instead of letting statistics write my story, I took the promises that are written in God’s Word to be my own. I handed God the pen and made Him author of my life’s story. Now I live to share that same hope and victory with others — proving that no matter who you are or where you’ve been, God wants to bless you now, here and in this life, as well as in the life that is yet to come.
Operation Good News exists to restore a generation through proclamation, demonstration, and discipleship in God’s Word.
